Spicing up the Annual Report with Storytelling

Penninsula Community Legal Centre’s unique approach to reporting

Penninsula Community Legal Centre (PCLC) approached Storywell with the ambitious goal of bringing more storytelling into the organisations culture.  Lawyers and legal clients spend their days telling stories, but the human drama is often lost in the complexity of litigation and the challenges of navigating the legal system.  Rather than focusing exclusively on statistics, data, budgets and legal issues, PCLC wanted to put a spotlight on the human face of its community.  We are now engaged in an ongoing project, producing podcasts for PCLC, some of which have appeared in this years annual report.  PCLC is also using the podcasts in their advocacy work, community education, outreach and internal communications as well.
